3. ERGOLINE standard equipment
The ERGOLINE seat shell standard equipment includes several components
described in this separate section� Please see the Table of Contents for an exact
list� All of the other restraints and individual options are described in sections

ERGOLINE seat shell with customized upholstery
The ERGOLINE seat shell is equipped and covered with customized upholstery�
You can wash this cover� Please see section
9
(Cleaning) for washing instructions�
The section below describes how to remove the cover�

Removing the cover
In order to be able to remove the cover, it is necessary to remove the hinges that
connect the seat unit and back unit, as well as any other components that are
bolted to the seat through the cover� If you are using the ERGOLINE seat or back
unit only, then it is not necessary to remove the hinges� You will need a crosstip
screwdriver in order to remove the hinges�
To do so, proceed as follows:
Turn the seat shell until the fastening screws are visible on the hinges�
Remove each screw by turning it counterclockwise� The seat and back
units are now separated�
Repeat these steps in reverse order to assemble the seat and back units�
To remove the covers, proceed as follows:
Open the zippers on the seat and back units and pull off each cover�
Please follow the instructions under section

(Cleaning) when washing the
covers�
Repeat these steps in reverse order to replace the covers�

Mounting the ERGOLINE seat shell to the wheel chair
The seat shell has been equipped with corresponding fastening straps for mount-
ing it to the wheel chair� To mount it, proceed as follows:
Fold the ERGOLINE seat shell together as far as it will go, ensuring that the
seating and back surfaces are folded as tightly together as possible�
