Replacing the Backplane

Removing the Backplane
To remove the backplane, follow these steps:
1. Remove the midplane board. For instructions, see “Removing the Midplane Board”
on page 102 .
Note: To prevent damage to your system, you must ensure the midplane is completely removed
before attempting to remove the backplane.
