Installation Precautions
WARNING
• Observe all statutory codes and regulations.
• Do not use a damaged or non-standard power cord.
• Exercise caution during installation and maintenance. Prohibit incorrect operation to prevent
electric shock, injury or other accidents.
Selection of installation location
Basic requirements
Installing the unit in the following places may cause malfunction. If this is unavoidable, please
consult your local dealer:
1. A place with strong heat sources, vapours, flammable or explosive gas or volatile compounds in
the air.
2. A place with high-frequency devices (such as welding machinery, medical equipment).
3. A coastal location.
4. A place with oil or fumes in the air.
5. A place with sulphurated gas.
6. Other places with unusual conditions.
Air conditioner requirements
1. The air inlet should be far away from obstacles; do not place any objects near the air outlet.
Otherwise, this will affect the radiation of heat from the discharge pipe.
2. Select a location where the noise and outflow air emitted will not
affect the neighbourhood.
3. Please try your best to keep the unit far from any fluorescent lights.
4. The appliance must not be installed in the laundry.
