No air blown
out from the air
conditioner
• Is the air outlet or air inlet blocked?
• Eliminate the obstacles.
• Is the evaporator defrosted?
(Check by pulling out the filter)
• This is a normal occurrence.
The air conditioner is defrost-
ing. After defrosting is finished,
it will resume operation.
The set temper-
ature cannot be
adjusted
• Is the unit operating in auto mode?
• The temperature cannot be
adjusted in auto mode.
• Does the required temperature ex-
ceed the temperature setting range?
• Temperature setting range:
16°C – 30°C .
There is an un-
pleasant odour
• There is a bad odour source in the
room, such as furniture, cigarette
smoke, etc.
• Eliminate the source of the
odour.
• Clean the filter.
There is an
abnormal sound
during operation
• Is there interference with the unit
from thunder, radio, etc.?
• Disconnect power, connect the
power again, and then turn on
the unit again.
You can heard a
sound like water
flowing
• Has the unit just been turned on or
turned off?
• There is a sound of refrigerant
flowing inside the air condition-
er, which is a normal occurrence.
You can hear a
“POP”
• Has the unit just been turned on or
turned off?
• Heat expansion or shrinkage
of the panel due to change of
temperature, causing a rubbing
sound.
