Please check the items below before asking for maintenance. If the malfunction still
cannot be eliminated, please contact your local dealer or qualified professionals.

• Does the unit immediately restart

after stopping?

• Wait for 3 minutes, then turn the

• Is the power too low?

• Wait after reconnecting the

power.

• Is the air filter is too dirty?

• Clean the air filter.

• Is the set temperature correct?

• Adjust the temperature.

• Are doors and windows closed?

• Close doors and windows.

The air

cannot receive
a signal from
remote control,
or the remote
control is not
connecting

• Check the unit for interference (e.g.

static charge; unstable voltage).

• Pull out the plug. Insert the plug

after about 3 minutes, and then
turn on the unit.

• Is the remote control within the

receiving range?

• The receiving range for the

remote control is 8 metres.
Do not exceed this range.

• Is it blocked by obstacles?

• Remove the obstacles.

• Is the sensitivity of the remote con-

trol low?
