PATHOLOGICAL Q-WAVE ON LEADS V2,V5 

The rule here: QRS less than 110ms, extensive ant.M.I. conditions are partially met. Q abnormal on above mentioned 
leads. 

 

PATHOLOGICAL Q-WAVE ON LEAD aVF 

Here inferior M.I. criteria is not met, only on this lead (Q width must reach 30ms). 

 

PATHOLOGICAL R-WAVE ON LEAD V2 

Partially met postero-basalis M.I. characterizes this category, as the above conditions are not met for V1. 

 

ANTERO-SEPTALIS INFACTUS OR HYPERTROPHYA 

This diagnosis determined if besides the anteroseptalis inf. conditions the hypertrophia amplitudes also arise. Here the 
measurable R on V5 must exceed 20mm. 

 

HIGH DEVIATIONS 

The QRS width changes from this illness category. Its criterion is the QRS width not exceeding 120ms. The measureable 
R on V5 must exceed 20mm and be under 10mm on V1. 

 

LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHYA 

Its criterion: QRS must be wider than 120ms, R on V5 must be 30mm and S on V1 10mm. The diagnosis can be realized 
with R less than 30mm on V5 with other V1 and V2 requirements. 

 

RIGHT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHYA 

The QRS width must be under 120ms, R onV2 must exceed 6mm, 10mm on V1and these values must be greater than the 
S-waves. S/R ratio mut be greater than 1 on limb lead I. as well. 

 

FIRST LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHYA 

Conditions: QRS must be under 120ms, no significant S deviation on V5 and T on V5 must be greater than 5mm. 

 

SECOND LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHYA 

QRS requirement under 120ms, ST depression on V5 grater than 1mm, T negativity must be greater than 2mm. 

 

SECOND RIGHT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHYA 

T-wave onV2-V3 must be greather than 1mm negative value. 

 

LOW DEVIATION 

Diagnosis requirement is that R-wave sum for limb leads I. and II. does not exceed 5mm. 

 

LEFT ANTERIOR HEMIBLOCK 

Here QRS width must be under 120ms and S on aVF must be greater than R. 

 

INCOMPLETE VENTRICULAR CONDUCTION DISORDER 

QRS width 110-120ms and hypertophia conditions are not met. 

 

WPW SYNDROME 

Its requirement is short PQ section under 120ms, QRS 90-120ms. QRS widths exceeding 120ms at 120ms lead through 
also meet this (delta wave detected). 

 

LEFT TAWARA BRANCH BLOCK 

QRS must exceed 120ms, positive flutter on V2 less than negative flutter. 

 

RIGHT TAWARA BRANCH BLOCK 

Diagnosis condition besides QRS width greater than 120ms is that R area on V2 must be greater than negative flutter 
periods.
