BIGEMINY
Two QRS classes alternately with variable R-R distances.
TRIGEMINY
Two QRS classes with 1-1-2 alternating with variable R-R distances.
SINUS RHYTHM VENTRICULAR EXTRASYSTOLE
Variable QRS complex with irregular R-R distances. Ventricular extrasystole appearing as wide QRS next to regular
sinus originating rhythm.
ATRIAL FIBRILLATION WITH VENTRICULAR EXTRASYSTOLE
Variable R-R distances, variable QRS complexes, P-wave cannot be detected.
ATRIAL FIBRILLATION
Variable R-R distances, identical QRS complexes, P-wave cannot be detected.
REGULAR R-R DISTANCES, NO P-WAVE (ACCELERATED AV JUNCTIONAL RHYTHM?)
Regular R-R, P cannot be detected, heart rate 60-100/min. Possible accelerated junctional rhythm.
SUPRAVENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA
Atrium originating rapid heart rate with regular R-R distances.
VENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA
Ventricle originating rapid heart rate with wide QRS complexes.
A-V BLOCK 2:1
The R-R is regular, heart rate 45-60/min, P-wave cannot be detected for averaged beat. Stimulus spreads to the ventricle
only after every other atrial complex (P).
VENTRICULAR RHYTHM
Regular R-R, widened QRS complexes, P-wave cannot be detected for averaged beat, heart beat under 45/min.
