7.5 Switching on the Interior Lighting
The interior lighting is switched on automatically in the following
situations:
When the equipment is switched on using the main switch
When the door is opened or closed
When any of the buttons on the operating panel are pushed
The interior lighting remains switched on for approx. 40 seconds,
then it is switched off automatically.
7.6 Switching off the Equipment
ATTENTION
If the parameters are not deactivated before the equipment is
switched off, all activated parameters are stored and are auto-
matically activated when the equipment is switched back on.
This enables the equipment to start up automatically when it is
switched back on. This can damage the equipment and the culti-
vation vessels.
– Deactivate all active parameters before switching off the
equipment.
– Do not leave any objects in the incubation chamber when
the equipment is switched off.
ATTENTION
Switching the equipment on and off frequently places strain on
the electronic components. As such, only switch off the equip-
ment prior to longer breaks in use (> 1 day). When interrupting
operation for short periods of time, simply deactivate the param-
eters.
INFORMATION
The parameter setpoints are stored for approx. one month.
To switch off the equipment, proceed as follows:
Procedure
1.
Deactivate all active parameters.
2.
Actuate the main switch on the operating panel.
3.
If the equipment is not going to be used for an extended pe-
riod of time, unplug the power plug.
