Using Microsoft Excel
The .LUT file can be created in Excel as follows:
1 - create the spreadsheet as shown below ( note that 4096 rows are required in
the table ).
2 - add the necessary equations into the output cells to generate the transfer
function required.
3 - save the file as a .csv ( comma delimited format ).
4 - rename the .csv file to an extension of .lut.
