The rotor head
Fit the M2 x 10 screws 68233 through the arms of the
collective pitch sleeve 68211, push a short piece of
tubing 68202 over each one, and screw the collective
pitch pushrods 68223 onto the projecting screw
shanks. Check the distance between the collective pitch
sleeve and pushrod on each side in the assembled state,
i.e. check the length of the tubing.
Dimension (X) should be 4.5 mm for both versions. It is
important that this dimension is identical on both sides, as
this makes it easier to set blade tracking accurately at a
later stage.
Slide the swashplate 68224 onto the collective pitch sleeve
from the underside, followed by the bearing support ring
68207, and finally push the ballrace 68205 into place until it
snaps into position.

Press the flanged bearings 68206 into both sides of the
bore of the collective pitch bellcranks 68212 as shown, and
screw the bellcrank assemblies to the rotor head 68214.
Note that you are driving metric machine screws into
plastic, so take care not to over-tighten them. The screws
should be tightened just to the point where all the clearance
is taken up at the lever. Tightening them too hard may
damage the rotor head.
