R14
24V power fail restart
The voltage failure of the 24V power
supply caused the device to start again.
► Acknowledge message

Controllere resumes normal
operating mode.
In future:
► Stabilise the 24 V supply voltage
so that it is permanently above
20 V.
Better:
► Use switched-mode power supply.
R15
C165 Watchdog timeout
The main processor found timeout.
Possible causes:
1. Unacceptable interference on the
AS-i power supply
2. Unacceptably high electrostatic
charges and electromagnetic fields
in close proximity of the device
► Grounding the device via the rail.
► Connection of the FE terminal to
the machine ground.
► Use of a switched-mode power
supply to supply the device.
3. Hardware fault
► Replace controllere and project
again.
4. Operating software error
► Reinstall operating system.

Software restart
The main processor detected a restart
of the device which was not triggered by
a voltage failure.
► Check cause, possibly supported
by further error messages.

Wait for 24V power
After power-on of the device an
unacceptably low 24 V power supply of
< 18 V was detected.
► Acknowledge message.

the master with the operating system
the master found a timeout.
Possible causes:
1. Voltage drops on the 24 V power
supply cable
► Use switched-mode power supply
to supply the device.

► Reinstall operating system.
