Mounting in a control cabinet or operating panel
1. Prepare a cutout with 4 holes in the front panel of the control cabinet or the
operating panel by means of the enclosed mounting template (#5310674).
2. Loosen the 4 screws of the keypad module and remove the module upper
part from the module lower part.
3. Remove the knockout for the cable in the bottom of the module lower part.
4. Insert the supplied cable gland.
5. Insert the module lower part in the cutout from the inside of the control cabi-
net.
6. Push the supplied spring terminals into the brackets to the right and to the
left of the module lower part from the outside of the control cabinet and fas-
ten the module lower part in the cutout.
7. Push the cable through the cable gland.
8. Connect the wires according to the label in the module lower part.
9. Put the module upper part onto the lower part in a way that the contact pins
of the upper part fit into the terminals in the lower part.
10.Screw the module upper part onto the lower part.

Mounting on a wall
1. Loosen the 4 screws of the keypad module and remove the module upper
part from the module lower part.
2. Remove the knockout for the cable in the bottom of the module lower part
or
drill a cable entry into the lower side wall within the terminal chamber and
cut a suitable cable gland thread (see supplied mounting template).
3. Insert the supplied cable gland if necessary.
4. Push the cable through the cable gland.
5. Fix the module lower part onto the wall with four screws or similar.
6. Connect the wires according to the label in the module lower part.
7. Put the module upper part onto the lower part in a way that the contact pins
of the upper part fit into the terminals in the lower part.
8. Screw the module upper part onto the lower part.
