From RS-232C or LAN communication
Use terminal software, such as Tera Term, that supports binary format in order to send bitmap files.
Example:
Sending a bitmap file via RS-232C communication using Tera Term.
If the bitmap was divided, select the bitmap number you want to write before sending the bitmap file.
Use
”@SBNcommand” (refer to the Command Guide) to select a bitmap number.

When bitmap file is sent correctly, the message,
“BITMAP SAVE NOW PLEASE WAIT”, is displayed on the
VFD screen and the bitmap file is being saved. Do not turn off the MSD while the message is displayed or
until
“Bitmap update complete” is replied.
If the bitmap file is not send correctly, an error message below will be displayed.
Select
“hardware”.
Check
“Binary”.
Select the target file.
