8.3.3 Remote input channel switching of HDC-TH200 inputs

You can set input channel remote switching when the HDC-TH200 is connected. There are two modes for this
function.
■
LINK mode
You can switch channels in the HDC-TH200 side.
When you click the “LINK” button and switch the HDC-TH200 input channel, video is switched with the setting
that is set in “
8.8.4 Window transition effect
”.
If you do not click the “LINK” button and switch the HDC-TH200 input channel, video is switched with “
” disabled.

CHANGE mode
You can switch input channels of the HDC-TH200 remotely from the MSD-402 by clicking the CHANGE
button.
Select the desired signal that is input from the HDC-TH200 to the MSD-402 by clicking from the DIGITAL or
ANALOG button.
“STATUS”:
Shows the connection status between the MSD-402 and HDCTH200. Note that the LINK and CHANGE
buttons show the setting of MSD-402. Check the following information of the MSD-402 to get the actual
connection status.

LINK(A)
:Connecting to the HDC-TH200 in LINK mode and an analog channel is selected.
・
LINK(D)
:Connecting to the HDC-TH200 in LINK mode and a digital channel is selected.
・
CHANGE
:Connecting to the HDC-TH200 in in CHANGE mode.
・
NO LINK
:Not connecting to the HDC-TH200 (No HDBaseT input or connecting to an
HDBaseT device other than the HDC-TH200) or the LINK mode is disabled.
Notes:
- This function is enabled when the MSD-402 is connecting to the HDC-TH200.
- When the LINK mode is being used, channels cannot be switched remotely from the MSD-402.
- When the CHANGE mode is used, automatic input switching of the HDC-TH200 is disabled. However, when
a channel is switched manually, the video of the MSD-402 is switched with the setting that is set in “
”.
- Even when the LINK mode is used, the setting that is set in “
8.8.4 Window transition effect
” may not be
applied if a channel of the HDC-TH200 is switched by input channel automatic switching.
