Inbetriebnahme

Pumpenkopf gemäß Seite 44–
45 montieren.

Die Gewinde, der in den Pum-
penkopf einzuschraubenden
Schlauchnippel,
sind unbe-
dingt mit PTFE-Band zu
umwickeln,
damit eine best-
mögliche Dichtigkeit erreicht
wird. Zusätzlich schont das
PTFE-Band auch das Gewinde.
■
Schlauchleitungen montieren
und ans System anschließen.
Die Schläuche mit Schlauch-
schellen an den Schlauch-
nippeln gut befestigen.
■
Pumpe am Netz anschließen
und mit dem Netzschalter
einschalten.

ID-Codes der verwendeten
Pumpenköpfe in die entspre-
chend benutzten Programmspei-
cher eingeben (siehe Grundein-
stellungen, Seite 14).

Steckdose/Netzkabel
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich
das mitgelieferte Original-
kabel. Die Steckdose muss
geerdet sein (Schutzleiter-
kontakt).

Vor Inbetriebnahme Pum-
penkopf mit Medium füllen.
Der Pumpenkopf darf nicht
trocken laufen.

Keine partikelhaltigen Me-
dien verwenden. Allenfalls vor-
her filtrieren.
Starting the pump
■
Mount the pump-head as
stated on pages 44 and 45.
■
Before screwing the tubing
adapters into the pump-head,
we recommend you to wrap
PTFE tape around the
thread of the adapter.
This
ensures optimum sealing and
helps to protect the thread.
■
Connect the tubing to your
system.
Fasten the tubing to the
adapters by means of the
tubing clamps.
■
Connect the pump to the
mains and switch it on with
the power supply switch.

Enter the ID Codes of the
mounted pump-heads in the
program memory currently used
(see basic settings, page 14).

Socket/Power cord
Use exclusively the original
power cord supplied with the
pump. The socket must be
earthed (protective conductor
contact).

Before you start pumping,
fill the pump-head with the
medium or water. Never run
the pump-head under dry
conditions.
n
Never pump liquids that
contain particles. If necessary,
filter the medium before use.
Mise en service
■
Installer la tête de pompe
selon les indications fournies
en pages 44–45 ou selon le
mode d'emploi fourni avec la
tête de pompe.

Avant de visser les raccords de
tubes sur la tête de pompe,
nous recommandons
d’en-
tourer les filetages avec de
la bande PTFE
afin d’assurer
une étanchéité optimale.
Cette bande protégera en
outre les pas de vis.

Installer les tubes et les
raccorder au system. V
eillez à
bien fixer les tubes aux
raccords au moyen de brides
correspondantes.
■
Raccorder la pompe au réseau
et mettre en route avec
l’interrupteur de principal.

Saisir les numéros d’identifica-
tion des têtes de pompes
employées dans la mémoire du
programme (voir réglage de
base, page 14).

Prise/câble de réseau.
N’employez que le câble
d’origine fourni avec la
pompe! La prise doit être mise
à terre (contact de terre).

Avant la mise en service, remp-
lir la tête de pompe de liquide à
pomper. La tête de pompe ne doit
pas fonctionner à sec.
n
Ne pas pomper de liquides
contenant des particules. Le cas
échéant, effectuer un filtrage
du liquide à pomper.
