P4, P5 (I/O Address): P4 and P5 are jumpered to I/O address CE3O. The
I/O jumper setting can be changed to correct conflicts with other cards using
I/O addresses or Joystick port settings.
Short the top pin to middle pin for jumper position A.
Short the bottom pin to middle pin for jumper position B.
