B.3.1 ENCLOSED
DOCUMENTATION
Assembly must be performed by an authorised assistance centre in accordance with the instructions
in the installer manual released by the manufacturer and the vehicle setup specifications.
The installer must provide training for operators concerning all aspects of crane functioning at the
moment of machine delivery in accordance with ISO 9926-1.
The installer must give the final customer the following crane documents, completed and signed as
necessary:
- EC Declaration of conformity (only for EC countries)
- Certificate of origin
- Certificate of warranty
- User manual
- Spare parts catalogue
The owner of the crane is responsible for the routine inspections required by law.
B.3.2 MARK
The crane is fitted with an indelible plate containing the following information:
- CE mark (only for EC countries)
- name and address of manufacturer
- crane model
- serial number
- year of manufacture
- maximum load
- crane weight

The plate is riveted to the column.
For commercial reasons the crane type may not correspond to the mark applied on the boom.
On customer request the plate may not indicate the crane weight and the maximum load.
