Troubleshooting
Symptom
Power does not turn on.
USB playback is not possible.
No sound.
Cause/Correction
▪ The ignition is not turned ON.
→ Turn the ignition ON.
▪ The type of USB loaded cannot be played by this unit.
→ Check the type of USB memory.
▪ The files on the USB are an irregular file format.
→ Check the file format.
▪ The volume level is low (VOL 0: MUTE).
→ Increase the volume.
▪ The mute is on.
→ Turn the mute off.
The unit does not operate.
▪ The unit does not operate normally.
→ You can reset the unit. Press the
RADIO
and
VOICE
button at the same time.
iPod cannot be operated.
Sound from the iPod cannot be
heard.
▪ The iPod is frozen.
→ Reconnect the iPod with the USB interface cable
for iPod/iPhone.
→ Update the iPod software version.
▪ Cable is not connected correctly.
→ Connect the cable correctly.
▪ The audio output direction may switch automatically
when the Bluetooth and USB connections are used at
the same time.
→ Turn off the Bluetooth or remove the USB cable.
▪ An error has occurred.
→ Reconnect the iPod with the USB interface cable
for iPod/iPhone.
→ Stop the vehicle in a safe area and then turn the
ignition off and on.
