STARTER CLUTCH

Locate the shim

to the proper position

STATOR

Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK 1324 to
the threaded parts of screws.

Install the roller, spring and push piece to the starter
clutch.

Apply THREAD LOCK 1324 to the bolts and tight-
en with the specified torque.

MAGNETO ROTOR

Fit the key in the key slot on the crankshaft.
Install the magneto rotor.
Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK 1324 to
the threaded parts of crankshaft.

: 15~20 N m (1.5~2.0 kg m)
