ENGINE

Remove the roller

, spring 

and push piece 

from the starter clutch.

Clamp the rotor with a vise taking care not to damage
it and remove the three bolts using the 5 mm  T
type hexagon wrench.

GEAR POSITION SWITCH

Remove the gear position indicator switch by remov-
ing the screws.

RIGHT ENGINE DISASSEMBLY

ENGINE SPROCKET

Flatten the lock washer, then remove the sprocket
nut.

CAUTION

When removing gear position switch, do not lose
the O-ring, switch contact and its spring.
