BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT

Remove the caliper mounting bolts and take off the
caliper.

Push the piston and caliper holder all the way to the
caliper when removing the pad.

Remove the pad.

Apply the silicone grease to the caliper holder.

Silicone gerase.

Push in the piston and piston holder all the way to the
caliper when remounting the caliper. 
Tighten the caliper mounting bolts with specified
torque.

CAUTION

Do not operate the brake lever while dismounting
the caliper.

CAUTION

Replace the brake pad with a set, otherwise brak-
ing performance will be adversely affected.

Caliper mounting bolts : 18~28 N m

(1.8~2.8 kg m)
