ENGINE

Align the key-groove on the camshaft so it is vertical
with the surface of the cylinder head.

Install the camshaft lock C-ring 

Apply MOLY PASTE properly to the camshaft bear-
ing and camshaft face.

MOLY PASTE

CAMSHAFT

Align the mark on magneto rotor with the index mark
on the crankcase keeping the camshaft drive chain
pulled upward.

Install the camshaft 

bearing

and cam sprocket

tighten the bolt

.

CAUTION

If crankshaft is turned without drawing the
camshaft drive chain upward, the chain will be
caught between crankcase and cam chain drive
sprocket.

CAUTION

This

is a left-hand thread bolt.

CAUTION

Do not rotate magneto rotor while doing this.
When the sprocket is not positioned correctly,
turn the sprocket.

CAUTION

Align the both end face of C-ring and cylinder
head face.
