CYLINDER HEAD NUTS AND CYLINDER NUTS
Remove the seat and fuel tank.
(Refer to page 3-1)
Remove the cylinder head cover.
Tighten the four 8 mm nuts
and four 16 mm
nuts
to the specified torque with a torque
wrench, when engine is cold.
Cylinder head nut (8mm) : 15~20 N m
(1.5~2.0 kg m)
C y l i n d e r n u t ( 1 6 m m ) : 7~11 N m
(0.7~1.1 kg m)
When installing cylinder head cover, the rubber
packing is reached the mating surface of cylin
der head cover.
Exhaust pipe nuts and Muffler mounting bolts
: 9~12 N m (0.9~1.2 kg m)
Exhaust pipe clamp bolt
: 9~12 N m (0.9~1.2 kg m)
