5.8 Handling of the machine
1.
turn on the
main switch.
2.
release the
emergency stop
button.
3.
press the
emergency reset
button.
4.
press the
system on
button.
choose guide tooling and load the hose.
5.
press the blue
safety gate reset
button on the controlpanel after the hatch is closed.
6.
turn on the
3-way switch.
on the touch screen:

press
Article-Recipe
on the touch screen
8.
set the parameters or
open
existing article.
9.
press
Move to order.
10.
set
Quantity Req.
on row(s).
11.
press
Auto
12.
start the machine with the
Cycle Start
button.
The machine will now perform a initial zero cut and then one fi rst piece, measure the cut
hose and correct if needed. start the order with cycle start button.
When the order is done, release the hose from the machine with 3-way switch ”6”.
5.9 ANdoN Light Function
Green = Run / Auto
Red = Stop / Alarm
Yellow = SPC-test, quantity fulfi lled or fulfi lled batch quantity
Green/yellow = Stop at fi rst cut piece or manual pause mode is activated
Green/red = Induction unit is not on (Only at Induction mode)
