5.4.1 Filter unit without power plug/without connection
cable
Depending on the version, the filter unit has neither a power
plug nor a connection cable. Connect up the filter unit with a
suitable connection cable and/or power plug.

In case of any damage to the insulation, switch off the
supply voltage immediately and arrange for repairs to be
carried out.

Before carrying out any work on the electrical system and
before any maintenance, cleaning or repair work,
disconnect the supply line or pull out the power plug.

Never bypass the fuses or disable them.
u
Keep moisture away from live parts.
5.4.2 Connecting a filter unit with a power plug for
120/230 V AC, single phase
In the version for 120/230 V AC, the filter unit is delivered
ready for connection with a plug.
1.
Remove the connector cable from its holder and unwind
it completely.
2.
Before plugging in the power plug, make sure that the
main switch is in the 0 or OFF position.
3.
Check that the voltage and frequency are correct. You
will find the filter unit's electrical data on the electric
motor's name plate.
4.
Plug the power plug into a suitable power outlet.
5.
Switch the filter unit on at the main switch.
