Short instruction

Instructions for Use (for use at home)

Carefully read this entire manual before the VORTEX

is used

Before every use, inspect the VORTEX

for damage and make

sure there are no foreign bodies in.

Remove the sealing cap of the spray / MDI (= Metered Dose Inhaler).

Shake the spray vigorously. Observe the operating instructions for
your spray.

Place the mouthpiece between your teeth and enclose it with your lips.
Alternatively, place the VORTEX

with mask gently on the face.

Mouth and nose must be covered.

If you need more than one medication pulls

Wait shortly, then repeat steps 4 and 5 (or 6) in the instructions.

Using VORTEX

with mask

Make sure the mask fits tightly against the face.

Slowly breath in the medication.
For children under 18 months, hold the mask tightly against the child‘s

face for 4-6 breaths and for children over 18 months for 2-4 breaths.

Using VORTEX

with mouthpiece

  Trigger the medication pull and take a deep, slow breath.
  Hold your breath briefly.
  Breathe out slowly into the mouthpiece.

Ensure that only one pull is sprayed into the VORTEX

at a time.

Insert the mouthpiece of the spray into the blue connecting ring of
the VORTEX

Pull the protective cap off.
