Usethe special spring compressor to bring the spring and the mat together
and to hook the other end of the spring into the frame.
Hook the spring on until it is completely in place and push it down again if
d)
the hook is not completely in the hole.
Count 12 holes from the zero point in one direction. Attach the second spring
to the frame and mat there. Attach another 2 springs the same distance
apart so that you now have 4 springs, each a quarter of a circle away from
each other. Now attach another coil spring in the middle of each quarter.
Then you can attach the rest of the springs in any order you wish.
If you notice that a hole and eyelet have been missed out, loosen and attach
the springs so that the mapping of the holes in the frame to the eyelets is
correct again.
STEP 5 – ASSEMBLING THE fRAME CUSHIONING
Place the frame cushioning (2) with
a)
the warning notices turned upwards
on to the trampoline so that it
covers the springs and steel frame.
Make sure the frame cushioning
is covering all metal parts. Lay out
the elastic bands (fig. 5.1) so that
every second band goes over a leg
support.
Tie the bands behind the leg
b)
supports first. (see fig. 5.2).
Tighten the elastic bands which are
c)
not over a leg support so that the
frame cushioning covers the frame.
Knot both ends together. (see fig.
5.3).
MOVING THE TRAMPOLINE
We recommend you get someone to help you move the trampoline.
All tube connections must be wrapped up and secured with weatherproof
adhesive tape such as compact package tape or insulation tape. This will hold
the frame together while it is being moved and prevent the tube connections
from moving or coming apart. To move the trampoline, lift it gently off the
ground and keep it horizontal to the ground. It must be taken apart if you
wish to move it in any other way. Please use the assembly instructions in the
opposite sequence to disassemble the trampoline.
MAINTENANCE AND CHECKS
Before every use, check to see if the jumping mat is worn out or if parts are
•
loose or missing.
Secure the trampoline when it is not being used. Safeguard it from
•
unauthorised use. If a trampoline ladder is being used, the supervising
person should remove this when leaving the area so as to prevent
unsupervised access by children under six years of age.
Make sure the frame cushioning is in order and is securely attached in the
•
correct position.
Before each use, check if any parts of the trampoline are worn out, being
•
used incorrectly or are missing. Circumstances may arise where the risk of
injury is increased.
Only use original spare parts. Contact our service address for these.
•
Replace faulty or missing parts immediately. Do not make any structural
•
changes.
PLEASE LOOK OUT fOR THE fOLLOWING
Punctures, holes or tears
•
Sagging jumping mat
•
Undone stitches or other signs of wear and tear
•
Bent or broken parts of the frame, e.g. the legs
•
Damaged or loose screw connections
•
Broken, missing or damaged springs
•
Damaged, missing or non-secured frame cushioning
•
Protruding parts of any kind (particularly sharp-edged) on the frame, the
•
springs or the mat
Don’t use the trampoline if it is damaged in any way!
SAfETY NET ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1 – ASSEMBLING THE POLES Of THE NET
Take the lower tube piece (B), a
a)
screw (D), a nut (E) and a spacer
(F). Hold the spacer between the
supporting leg (6) of the trampoline
and the tube and attach the tube
with the screw and to the other side
with the nut to the two holes in the
tube for it so that the end cap of
the lower tube is at the lower end.
Tighten the screws. Make sure
that the foam cushioning is tightly
attached to the respective tube
above the screw connection.
Stick the upper tube piece (A) on
b)
to the lower tube piece that has
already been attached (B). Repeat
steps a) and b) for all 6 supporting legs. Push the foam
cushioning if needed such that it covers the rods from top
to bottom. Finally, place a covering cap (G) on each end
of the tube.
