Become a Self-Maintainer (optional)
Once you have registered your product, you automatically qualify to
participate in the HP Self-Maintenance Program. This program has been
designed to provide customers the opportunity to service their own
products without having to rely on a HP Service Engineer to arrive on-
site. The HP Self-Maintenance Program, coupled with the Customer
Replaceable Parts program, puts you in control of your service
experience, allowing you to perform the same repair services that would
normally be provided by a HP Service Engineer.

HP offers a variety of SupportPack products that provide you the
opportunity to upgrade your standard warranty. Please contact your HP
Authorized Reseller or the HP Customer Support Business Center at 1-
