Example: This operation disables the iSCSI or iSCSI/FCoE module, a controller power cycle is
required to reactivate the iSCSI or iSCSI/FCoE module.

remove targets from the database that are no longer connected to the module or to add a target
that was offline. However, these commands are not needed by the iSCSI and iSCSI/FCoE modules
