General Syntax Notation
This list summarizes the notation conventions for syntax presentation in this manual.
UPPERCASE LETTERS
. Uppercase letters indicate keywords and reserved words. Type these items
exactly as shown. Items not enclosed in brackets are required. For example:

lowercase italic letters
