Nozzle assembly

CAUTION Spraying mixture running out!
Use appropriate protective outfits. Catch spray
-
ing mixture in a suitable container and dispose
of it.
1. Insert the nozzle (6) into the bayonet cap (5).
2. Insert the rubber seal (4) above the nozzle
(6).
3. Press the rubber seal (4) into the seat of the
bayonet cap (5).
4. Position the bayonet cap (5) on the bayonet
connection.
5. Twist the bayonet cap (5) against the stop
position.

NOTE
Observe the correct installation of the nozzle
and nozzle filter during assembly! Observe the
specifications of the nozzle manufacturer.
Multiple nozzle body manual 5-fold
The 5-fold nozzle body is recommended if more
than only one nozzle type is used. Only the verti-
cally arranged nozzle will be supplied.
By turning the nozzle body, another nozzle is
brought into use.
In intermediate positions the nozzle body is
switched off.
NOTE
Flush the spraying lines and the active nozzle
before turning the 5-fold nozzle body to another
nozzle type!
Fluid always exits at all vertical nozzles of a
section as soon as the electrically/pneumatically
switching section valve is opened.
