Spraying operation with electric nozzle
control
In spraying operation the sucked in fluid is
directed through the pressure filter (14) and
the flow meter (15) into the folding boom (17) .
The circulation valve (16) is in position (a) , so
that pressure builds up in the circulation line
and the wash is pressed into the nozzles to
the section valves from both sides.
Spraying operation with pneumatic nozzle
control
In spraying operation the sucked in fluid is
directed through the pressure filter (14) and
the flow meter (15) into the folding boom (17) .
The circulation valve (16) is in position (a) , so
that pressure builds up in the circulation line
and the wash is pressed to the nozzles from
both sides.
Circulation with electric nozzle control
With the nozzles switched off, the circulation
valve (16) is in position (b) , so that the wash
flows through the circulation system back into
the spraying mixture container. This prevents
the formation of deposits. Wash is immediately
available at the section valves when switching
on. Due to the permanent circulation of the
biocatalytic solution through the complete cir-
culation pipe, wash is constantly present at all
section valves while the crop protection sprayer
is switched off.
Even when switching on individual sections or the
entire spraying line for the first time, the biocata -
lytic solution is quickly and well mixed available.
Circulation with pneumatic nozzle control
With the nozzles switched off, the circulation
valve (16) is in position (b) , so that the wash
flows through the circulation system back into
the spraying mixture container. This prevents
the formation of deposits. Wash is immediately
available at the nozzles when switching on.
Due to the permanent circulation of the biocata-
lytic solution through the complete circulation
pipe, wash is constantly present at all nozzles
while the crop protection sprayer is switched
off. Even when switching on individual sections
or the entire spraying line for the first time, the
biocatalytic solution is directly and well mixed
available. This circulation successfully prevents
the formation of deposits and blockage.
