7.3.2 Folding in
DANGER
There is a risk that persons may become crushed and severely in-
jured between step and hopper.
No persons are to remain on the step during folding.
Ø If danger zone and step cannot be viewed properly, you should get off the
tractor.
Ø
Perform folding operations only on level, firm ground.
Ø
Lift the machine completely.
Ø
Fill the packer cylinders with the same amount of aluminium clips.
Ø
With swinging drawbar hitching fill also the drawbar cylinders with the same
amount of clips.
Ø On the support rods of the support wheels remove aluminium clips from under
the disc and add these to the upper section. If clips are inserted at the bottom,
the wheels will collide with the hopper when folding in.

Select Folding in the drill controls and operate the control unit to fold in the
machine completely.
Ø Secure the control units.
7.3.2.1 Access steps
The access to the stepping area must be manually folded in or out.
Ø
For this purpose (1) pull the spring loaded bolt and fold the access steps (2) in
or out.
Ø
Always keep the access steps folded in for transportation.
