Levelling discs Check condition, wear, bearing, fastening, leak tightness and free ro-
tation daily
In case of loose discs, tighten all screws with 160 ± 20 Nm.
When replacing discs, tighten all screws with 200 ± 20 Nm.
When using galvanised support discs, tighten all screws with 150 Nm.
Do not use adhesives for securing. as required
Packer Check condition, bearing, fastening, and free rotation. 40 h
Spray the bearing locations with a suitable anticorrosive before exten-
ded idle periods.
Before recommissioning, turn the packer by hand and check for free
rotation.
Coulter and coulter fastening Check for condition, firm seating and wear daily
Tines, tine holders and stone
release protection Check for condition, firm seating, and wear daily
Pneumatic system
Fan Leaks, function of speed setting daily
Protective fan grid Check condition and fastening, clean off dirt daily
Impeller wheel Check condition and fastening, clean of dirt deposits 40 h
Retighten the drive flange for the first time after 50 hrs daily
Fan, seed hoses and fall
sluice Leaks, crushing and chafing points, blockage daily
Hydraulic connections and

Hopper with and distributor Check for leak tightness, blockage, clean the distributor daily
Distributor Check for foreign objects. Unscrew the distributor cover and check

Check components and connections for leaks.
Check function and position of the tram line valves.
Check the correct sequence of the seed flow sensors.

system Check switching function – close and open by air draught or at the
bottom on the shaft mark. daily
