This function enables to display as many as 100 histories from the latest one.

Name Description
Page Shows the current page. 10 histories are displayed per page.
History
Year, Date, Time, and status are displayed. The type of status is as follows.

ALRM: Oil film detection (alarm)

WARM: Oil film detection (warning)

HIGH: Upper limit error

LOW: Lower limit error

NORM: Normal return (from oil film alarm, oil film warning, upper limit error, lower limit
error)

TEMP: Temperature error

MTR: Motor stop, Frequency of 40 Hz or less, Luminescence stop

REV: Motor rotation error

LDL: Laser replacement notification

MEM: Flush ROM error; successful rewrite

MEME: Flush ROM error; failure in rewrite
BACK Displays the previous page.
NEXT Displays the following page.
ESC Returns to the monitor display.
