Factory default setting
Table 5 shows the setting at the factory shipment.
The following setting can be changed by operating the touch panel on the main body display.

The area detection function is invalid.

limit error level.
Lower limit setting 5 mA
Any value falling below this value will be judged as lower
limit error level (If Lower error judge setting is ON).
