Oil film alarm (OIL ALARM)
The oil film alarm is triggered when the detection area which laser light reflection level is over
the set detection level exceeds the detection area setting (Alarm), and when the continuous
judgment time passes.
For setting the judgment criteria, refer to “ Detection level setting ” (page 35), “ Detection area
setting ” (page 36), and “ Continuous judgment time setting ” (page 37).
The screen when the oil film alarm occurs is as follows.

Upper limit error (HIGH LEVEL)
The upper limit error occurs when the detection level exceeds the upper limit setting for 30
seconds (fixed) or more. For setting the judgment criteria, refer to “ Upper/lower limit level
setting ” (page 40).
The screen when the upper limit error occurs is as follows.
