Lower limit level error (LOW LEVEL)
The lower limit level error occurs when the detection level falls below the lower limit setting for
30 seconds (fixed) or more. For setting the judgment criteria, refer to “ Lower limit error
judgment setting ” (page 38), and “ Upper/lower limit level setting ” (page 40).
The screen when the lower limit error occurs is as follows.

Instrument error (SYSTEM ERROR)
The instrument error occurs when error such as “Motor error” or “Temperature error” occurs
and monitoring becomes disabled.
