If all bits in Mode 1, 2 and 3 are set to "0" (zero), Modes are disabled
there is no output on the pulse output.
After disabling the Modes, it is recommended to trigger a program re-
set.
Only one Mode can be enabled.
Enabling of several Modes is prohibited. In the event of a prohibited
configuration there is no output on the pulse output.
If a function is set in the corresponding Mode, the bits of the other
Modes must be set to "0" (zero).
