This display frame can be used to view the currently set time offset between local standard
time (time zone) and UTC time.

Only
the pre-set time offset to the local standard time (winter time) is ever
displayed. No account is taken of any additional offset due to summer time.
5.3.5 Daylight Saving Time (DST) Changeover
The DST changeover points of time for the current year, calculated from the customer input,
can be viewed with this display frame.
After a year change the clock system automatically recalculates the daylight
saving time changeover points of time.
