Supplying oxygen via an adapter

Starting the supply of oxygen
1. Before beginning with therapy, check that the tube connections are fitted properly.
2. Check whether the “Start Stop Automatic” comfort setting is set to “Off”.
3. First, switch on the device, followed by the oxygen supply.
Stopping the supply of oxygen
1. Before switching off the device, switch off the oxygen supply.
2. Continue therapy for a number of respiratory cycles.
3. Stop therapy.
Switching the device on and off
To switch on the device, connect the device to the mains supply. It takes up to a min-
ute to start up the device. The device is then ready for use. To switch it off, stop therapy
and unplug the mains plug.
