2.2. 

Adjusting the saddle height

• 

The  correct  saddle  height  is  reached  when 

your  leg  is  almost  straight  when  putting  the 

ball of your foot on the pedal. The crank arms 

are thereby aligned vertically.

• 

To check the saddle height, sit on the vehicle 

and lean against a wall, for example.

To change the saddle height, proceed as follows:

• 

Loosen the screw of the seatpost clamp with an Al

-

len key until you can adjust the saddle height.

• 

Then retighten the screw to a torque of approx. 

10-15 Nm. 

The screw of the seatpost clamp is tightened enough when the seatpost 

cannot be turned or when it no longer slides down into the seat tube under 

your weight.

If you pull the seatpost out too far, the upper part of the seat tube may 

break. There is a risk of accident or injury!

-> Pull the seatpost out only until the minimum insertion depth mark is 

just visible.
