tenance work on a drive system that is
switched on! Your hands may get stuck, for
example between the belt and the pulley,
when the drive starts up.
-> Remove the battery before carrying out
any maintenance work. This ensures the
rest position of the drive system.
6.1.
List of wear parts
The following parts on your vehicle are subject to functional wear. This wear is not
covered by the warranty.

Battery
•
Tyres and tubes
•
Brake pads, brake discs
•
Belts and pulleys
•
Rubber seals and rings (e.g. in the enviolo hub, suspension fork)
•
All moving parts (e.g. bearings)
•
Gear cables, cable housing
•
Hydraulic oil and lubricants
•
Handlebar grips
•
Paint and all surfaces
Precise explanations regarding the wear of some parts can be found in the following
sections. For most parts, the wear is due to friction.
6.2. Recommended maintenance intervals
The maintenance needs of your vehicle depend on its use and therefore this cannot be
indicated in general terms. You should have the vehicle serviced at least once a year.
As a guide, we suggest the following maintenance intervals:
once after latest 400 km

Check the tightening torques of the grips, brake levers, saddle, seatpost, stem
and handlebar
•
Check belt tension
•
Check the spoke tension, if necessary true the wheel
•
Adjust the enviolo shift cable clearance, if necessary
