If the compensation process has terminated
satisfactorily, a Confirmation screen as shown to
the left is displayed.
The residual component at the frequency of 5
MHz with the test cables separated (open
circuited), and its phase angle, are shown on the
screen. These values are required for use with
the test range on HOLD.

After checking the open circuit residual
component and its phase angle, press the
key, and the display will return to the Initial
screen.
