Configuring gateway

Use the wizard to configure the Sercos master/controller.

For further information please refer to the online help of IndraWorks.

5. Add EU5C-SWD-SERCOS gateway as Sercos slave to the project.

In the

Project Explorer

, select the

Sercos

object below the Sercos

master (in this example the Sercos master is

IndraMotion Mlc1

), then

choose

Add

EU5C-SWD-SERCOS

from the context menu:

Note:

As an alternative, you can select the gateway in the

Library

under

Periphery

Sercos

and then drag & drop it onto the

Sercos

object

in the

Project Explorer

. By using this drag & drop method, you can

also place the gateway exactly between two already existing Sercos
slaves.
