This mode gathers and stores historic information on fryer and operator’s
performance. press and hold the info button for three seconds, until “*INFO* *MODE*”
shows in the display.

Press the up and down arrows to access steps, and press ✓ to view the
statistics within each step.
This mode include the following information:
• Filter Stats - Filtering information for the last 7 day.
• Review Usage - Information accumulated since the last time this data was manually
reset.
• Last Load - information about the most recent cook cycle, or the cycle presently in
progress.
NOTE: Press the “X” button to exit from the Information Mode.

Press ✓ button to select Filter Stats and press the left or right arrow to select
day you want to view stats. Then press the down or up arrow to view the
following stats.
• “FILTERED” - No. of times filtered.
• “FLT BPSD” - No. of times filtering was skipped.
• “FLT AVG” - Average no. of cook cycles between filters.
