Install the covers over the cross beam pulleys as supplied for internal and external locks..

Check all fittings are tight, cables are routed correctly, locks are operational and hydraulic
lines are connected.

Fill the pump assembly oil reservoir with oil, the hoist should be filled with 10Litres of ISO
46 grade hydraulic oil. Castrol HYSPIN 46 is the recommended oil for this hoist. An
automatic transmission filler funnel available from most auto shops makes this task much
easier.
