Double check all measurements
Before drilling holes for the tru bolts ensure all measurements for hoist location and cross beam to column
clearances are correct. Once the holes are drilled it is difficult to modify the location.
If the holes are drilled in the wrong location it there are ways to fix this, but it is best to avoid this (obviously)
The nylon guide blocks on side of cross beam should be
partially
visible on sides of columns, The
rear nylon bush should be
against
the rear of BOTH columns.
Bolt in columns
The hoist is supplied with 18mm Tru bolts. Use an 18mm masonry bit to drill the holes.
