Attach cord and make sure that it
is squarely seated for good
power connection.

To place lid on multicooker, align
#2 on lid with #2 on main basket
handle.

Set temperature control to
desired temperature.

Plug cord into outlet and push
ON/OFF switch ON. Ready Light
will come on when oil has
reached desired temperature.

When ready light is illuminated,
load basket with food AWAY FROM
POT, THEN tilt basket and place wire
loop on basket hook.
Place lid on on multicooker and
then carefully lower basket into
oil. Set Timer, if desired, per
Timer instructions.
When food is cooked, raise
basket with LID ON and place
wire loop on basket hook to drain.
How to Assemble and Fry
When drained, remove lid then
remove basket by tilting and
removing from basket hook.
