Removing the power module
Caution:
Because the power module of an IX1000 is heavy, hold the bottom with one hand while
pulling slowly the power module with the other hand out of the chassis. If no new power
module is to be installed after the power module is removed, install a cover plate in that
position to ensure normal ventilation and heat dissipation of the chassis and prevent
dust.
3) Take the new power module out of the packing box and ensure that the input
mode is of the power module is correct.
4) As shown in
, hold the power module with the locking spring clip
downward and the fan vertically arranged upward. Insert the power module along
the guide rails slowly and steadily. Ensure that the power module and the guide
rail are well contacted. When you cannot push the power module further forwards,
stop pushing the power module. At this time, you can hear a click indicating that
the locking spring clip is closed. By now, the power module is installed.
